Once your order is shipped, delivery usually takes 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location. In some cases, delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, or courier issues. These are outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, are shown at checkout before you complete your order. Any customs duties or taxes charged by your country are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. BeamViva is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
